LIEUTENANT, VEHICLE THEFT COMMANDER, 07/81 - 07/87

*Provided training and leadership to 8 Iowa State Troopers and 1 Sergeant involved in the detection of stolen vehicles and apprehension of persons responsible.

ASSISTANT DISTRICT COMMANDER, District 13, Mount Pleasant, Iowa. 4/79 - 7/81.

*Provided training and modification for 16 traffic enforcement officers; assisted District Commander in carrying out these functions.

VEHICLE THEFT OFFICER, Council Bluffs, Iowa 2/76 - 4/79.

*Carried out the specific assignment of vehicle theft; worked jointly with an FBI agent in the largest vehicle theft "bust" on record in the State of Iowa.
